Let’s talk through your specific issues, needs, and goals. I will tell you if I can help you or not and answer any questions you have about how I work. I can also refer you to other providers if wanted or needed. You can email me if that is better for you.

Acupuncture, with somatic processing when it's supportive.
I work with people who are in acute or chronic pain: physically, emotionally, or in the ways those two aren't really separate. I also treat digestive dysregulation, headaches and migraines, insomnia, menstrual issues and perimenopause, panic attacks, autoimmune conditions, and presentations that don't have a clean name.
First appointment lasts 80-90 minutes. Follow-ups are 50-60. I typically work with people closely for 4-8 weeks, then as needed or wanted for maintenance. To learn more about what to expect, visit the FAQ.

Conversation and body-based practices, rooted in Chinese medicine.
I support people who want to use body awareness as a doorway to connect with creativity, history, purpose, or edges. We work with what emerges from within, following your body’s lead. These sessions may include body scanning, meditation, movement, or experiments in sensation and posture.
I’m available for ongoing support or one-off sessions around a specific topic.

Chinese herbal medicine works. Really well, for both acute issues and chronic ones.
A Chinese herbal formula is a mixture of plant materials, and occasionally minerals or animal substances, carefully dosed and combined for your specific concerns. Formulas are typically prescribed for days to a few weeks depending on what we're addressing. If you'd like one, just say so during session. I also offer standalone telehealth consults for herbal medicine.
If you're in Seattle, you can pick up herbs from a nearby pharmacy. If you're elsewhere, we'll find a local dispensary or ship to you. I only work with suppliers whose products undergo rigorous quality and safety testing. The cost of herbs is billed separately by the pharmacy.
