Exploring belonging?
I host small gatherings where we:

  • gently co-regulate our nervous systems

  • build relationships and community skills

  • mark seasonal shifts with intention and ritual

  • share experience to feel less alone and more human

Here are my current group offerings:

  • This is a seasonal online gathering for six people who want to explore embodiment, belonging, and meaning in real time.

We meet on Zoom six times over the course of three months to explore somatic practice and seasonal themes from East Asian wisdom.

The circle is a living container where we track what is happening inside our bodies, how we are relating to each other, and what is happening in the wider field around us.

Even through screens, we can practice presence across space. This group gives you a space to arrive as you are and let your experience have room while getting to know new people who are also paying attention, also wondering, also wanting more than surface life.

Each session follows a slow and steady arc anchored by the season we’re exploring together:

    • introductions (first session) or updates from previous sessions

    • guided somatic practice to help your system settle and explore

    • reflection prompts exploring group determined themes

    • spacious conversation that does not force anything

    • a closing ritual to mark what shifted

Participation is part of the container. You are asked to keep your camera on. You are asked to share in ways that feel honest and sustainable for you. This is not about performance. It is about connecting and co-creating. Because the work happens in real time, there are no replays.

    Format details:

    • Group size: 6 people

    • Location: Online through Zoom

    • Frequency: 6 sessions occurring over 2-3 months

    • Duration: 90 minutes per gathering

    • Investment: $500

These circles are offered in Summer and Autumn each year. If you want to root into your body while reaching into a wider orbit, Celestial Circle is for you.
